Pros
The people the organization serves.
Cons
The senior management team had no real interest in what the needs of the managers and the employees was. The organization would take drastic steps to "fix" the culture, but without actually listening to what the employees needed. The initiatives would then be dropped and everyone's time wasted. There is NO trust in that organization, and it's due to the often flippant ways in which they would terminate someone. They need a complete overhaul for their senior leaders and human resource practices. The degree of micromanaging is nearly impossible to succeed under. They have some excellent talent in that organization, some Department heads that are exceptional. It's time the senior leaders listened to them. From what I hear, there's still little to no work life balance and the trust issues have not been fixed.
