Pros
This is easily one of the best companies I've ever worked for. From our CEO Chip all the way down to everyone on my Team and my Supervisor, Trilogy/2U has figured out the recipe for building an amazing and relaxing place to work and grow. Our benefits include Unlimited PTO and great options for medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. It's hard to convey a lot of why I love to work here, but a big part of it is the people I have the pleasure of working with every day and our caring management that treats us as if we all matter, regardless of what position we hold.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that sometimes changes are implemented a bit too early, which sometimes creates a few issues. Our Team is great at working together to address any faults in a positive manner though.
