      Pros

      High pace environment, Very responsive team with knowledgable insights so you don't end up fixing other people's mess. Solid integration with AI tools.

      Cons

      Scope Creep. Work changes way too quickly, one day you are building assessment tools for a particular section and the job switches instantly to creating stuff to train the AI, and then changes again in another week to fixing broken pipelines and changes back to AI work the next week. Pay is NOT COMPETITIVE!

      Flexible working hours (40 hours per week)

      Cons

      They treat you as disposable. Once you are useless, you can be discarded. There is a lack of management - CEOs don't know what they want. They are just looking for a POC. You should become your POC as soon as possible so you won’t get fired.
