Bad orientation experience - Licensed Practical Nurse Trilogy Health Services Employee Review

When I asked for help I was told I had it then an hour later when I said hey I need help I’m drowning I was told how she hated doing a med pass and that the hall was the hardest hall but it wasn’t as hard as it use to be and then walked away without giving me any assistance a resident needed pain medication and pain cream applied and she brought me the resident and the pain cream and I was told to apply the cream and the resident was left with the cream at my cart and this was after I told her I was drowning
