One gets a lot of responsibility and there are opportunities for quick learning, surrounded by smart peers.
Cons
Impossible deadlines, bad managers, bad code quality due to little oversight, employees treated like cattle, close 100% attrition rate - meaning most people leave within a year after they find out what this place is like. Therefore they only hire gullible freshers who don't know any better.
