Pros

Good benefits, good hours. Really friendly coworkers and fun casual office. Everyone works well together. The coworkers there and the easy hours are the best thing about this place. They’re also really good about training new employees and don’t just throw you in the thick of it without a lot of help as a new hire.

Cons

Owner says inappropriate things for a work environment- calling people by their race (“the Korean” “the Indian”) openly disparages former employees in front of current ones. Calls women hun, not their names and will comment on clothing and dress. Yells, threatens and throws things when angry. If you can separate yourself from this or work remote, it really is a great work environment bc of all the other co workers. No annual reviews.
