Pros

My immediate colleagues were very nice to work with, and supportive of me. They were supportive of me, and shared my feelings regarding the chaotic work environment. They have a "we're in this boat together" attitude

Cons

The CEO of the Resort and wine program is only 26 years old, and this is his first job. He was placed there by his parents. He hired a Tasting Room Director, who is completely incompetent. Within the past 60 days there has been 100% turn over of Tasting Room staff. The most senior member of the "team" had been with the company for 45 days at the time of my 1st day of work.

Pros

I love working at Trinitas because there is so much growth potential. This is a small, family-run winery and when I say "family-run", I mean FAMILY run! The family is so involved and run mainly by Garrett and his wife, Betsy, overseen by founders, Tim and Steph. How many other companies can you work for with direct access to the founders and CEO? This is my first! This winery started in 2002 and since then has grown tenfold and more! Amazing growth opportunities, very encouraging of creativity, teamwork and a fast-paced, fun-filled environment. PLUS the wines are incredible! Some of the absolute best in the Napa Valley... often the staff gets to participate in blind tastings and other educational opportunities which is a lot of fun to see how the product we are selling compares!

Cons

One downside of working at Trinitas is that it is a growing company, so there are not always enough staff for the job... with that, team becomes really important. I've felt stretched a little thin at times, but always feel reassured when Garrett, the CEO, is right next to me buffing glasses or hauling wine! The energy is overall positive even though the pace can be too fast for some when we get really busy at peak times during the year.
