Pros

Perhaps for the first time, I feel like part of a Company where the employees actually live out the Core Values (Do the right thing, Extreme Ownership, Develop with Purpose and Passion) on a daily basis. In my time thus far, the leadership has regularly, consistently and transparently communicated with the highest of ethics, integrity, and character I've yet to see in the construction/real estate industry (25+ years). Trinitas is stocked with problem-solvers from top to bottom who are genuine, trust-worthy, creatively brilliant, of solid character, and all-around simply fun to be with whether rolling up the sleeves around a boardroom table, our project sites, or relaxing after hours. In the past year alone, there have been numerous, positive changes the Company has taken on to improve both the bottom line, future prospects, and customer/employee satisfaction. In a particularly challenging and competitive marketcyle these days, I view these pivots as agile, entrepreneurial , resilient, and wise.

Cons

Growth only limited by the number of projects undertaken.

Pros

I enjoy working with the talented team we have assembled. I see our Core Values in action every day. We work together to solve problems and are focused on long term growth.

Cons

It has been and remains a tough time to be a real estate developer.

Pros

It’s rare to find such a large team of genuine and solid humans (especially in such a large company). Believe me, I’ve been searching my whole career. But here, from leadership to onsite teams, everyone shows up with authenticity and care. They invest in you, nurture real growth, and champion those who want to lead and make an impact. It’s refreshing. honestly, the best culture I’ve experienced. Libby (my boss) is just the coolest and I’m stoked to be on her team! I’ve been cutting my teeth with Trinity in Oregon - the RM, Ryan has been nothing short of stellar! She’s on site- she’s present and involved. Get out of town! You’re telling me that leadership shows up for their teams? Top tier. Trinity is just different. The people are solid, top down.

Cons

I know that I should have one, but I don’t- they flew 20 of us to Orange County this week so that we could put faces to Teams thumbnails in the home office *super fun!* but they didn’t give us a day to do tourist stuff- that’s the only con I could come up with. I honestly don’t have a con. Our jobs are hard, everyone. They’re hard with every company. It’s the same job- it’s just how you’re supported that makes it doable and enjoyable.
