The management was terrible, one specific that I dealt with but won’t name and shame. It’s not nice to single people out and embarrass them in front of their colleagues, they had no boundaries in this sense. No one feels comfortable to speak to HR about these issues as they’re all under one roof and are all friends so nothing gets done.
I heard this manager speak multiple times in slurs and derogatory terms that honestly shouldn’t have been accepted
Not only this but if you had an abusive customer on the line they would refuse to step in and lend a hand if they wanted to speak with a manager. And if they did help they’d say things like ‘see that wasn’t hard’ in a condescending rude tone. We all know that once a manager has spoken to a customer they tend to listen better.
You preach about mental health but know fine well you do not care about mental health in your staff, not in the slightest
You treat new staff like royalty, make them feel comfortable and then after a week you turn cold and rude.
