A terrifically dysfunctional organisation with almost zero internal cohesion - literally nobody gives a damn about the institution, just themselves. The place is dominated by narcissistic empire builders on the one hand and incredibly lazy psychopathic status whores on the other. Central management is powerless and spends all their money on ridiculous marketing efforts.
