The teaching staff is amazing!

The new leadership team is solely focused on maximizing profits. They have made two significant changes to staff workloads without consulting the staff. They’ve had their largest student enrollments in the past two years, yet they’re focused on squeezing the teaching staff.

Lovely grounds, very collegial atmosphere, plenty of freedom to run classes the way you want to

Middle and upper management was very poor, though there has been some change since I was there. Insufficient onboarding and mentoring for new staff.
