Analyst - Assistant Trinity Financial Services Employee Review

Basically everything. This company has the worst management and structure you will ever come across, or should I say lack there of. There's no pleasing the president, and when things don't go his way, he'll come out in front of everyone and scream at you like a child. The turnover rate is absolutely ridiculous, but management doesn't seem to make any changes. If you're looking for a non hostile (normal) work environment and a company that is growing, don't work here.
