The employers are wonderful people who really care about their aides and clients. I can work as few or as many hours as I want and there is often overtime and extra pay for working holidays. The staff honors requests of working certain days as long as you are willing to work every other weekend. They also granted my request to not work with a certain client whom I was having a lot of difficulty with. The other aides are really nice people and there is a support system where you can ask someone to cover your shift in an emergency. You also receive a $1 per hour bonus if you don't call off.
