Pros
Good work/Life Balance, My manager was awesome and always understanding when I needed to take time off even on short notice. Pay is good, and my team is awesome.
Cons
Laid off since the new CEO decided to outsource IT Applications teams don't/can't manage their own applications half the time as they don't seem to know how. No ownership of work, rather than resolve the real issue long term, the answer is always band-aid resolution
