Pros

I am sure there are some

Cons

I’d suggest approaching the Market Access group with a bit of curiosity and due diligence (I can’t speak to the other COEs). The leadership team there is relatively young and has largely grown up within the firm (CBP), which creates a very consistent internal way of thinking and operating. That can be helpful for alignment, but it also means the culture tends to favor certain communication styles and established perspectives. The environment is quite top-down, and success is often tied to how well someone fits that model. Thoughtful debate and alternative viewpoints aren’t always emphasized in the same way, even when they’re raised with the client’s best interest in mind. Over time, broader engagement challenges have come up, though these are usually discussed at the individual or team level rather than as structural topics.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
