Pros

Projects : as far as life sciences go, they have a good number of clients to work with, especially the big clients. Management : Senior and manager levels are always with you and they make decisions which benefits you. They do respect your contributions and value your time in the company Although hybrid, its always fun to go to office and meet your colleagues and have fun while at work.

Cons

Salary and compensation : For recent years, there has been CEO switches two times. And due to this, the management and policies are changed, and now , we get yearly hikes, which only go higher if you performed really good enough. Client first rather than employee first : They promise a lot to clients which results to very tight deadlines. You would have to stretch late night or work on weekends. Hardly any outings or cultural activities : The current CEO has mentioned though that there has hardly been any growth in recent years, and hence the budget for any other activities are fairly less and its scheduled on quarterly rather than monthly.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
