Pros

Diverse range of projects (e.g. strategy, market reserach, data analytics, forecasting etc.) People - very friendly and helpful Accessible leadership team Specialized offerings (statistics, data analytics, HEOR) Company is growing quickly, there's no "up or out" policy Little travel

Cons

A lot of tactical market research projects Little hiring of people with significant outside experience: company could benefit from greater internal knowledge e.g. in medical and regulatory affairs Exit opportunities beyond medschool/MBA are not very clear

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
