Pros

-Extremely learning oriented, meritocratic environment -Great visibility into leadership vision -Balanced people and client focus -Autonomy to carve your own path through guidance from the leadership

Cons

-As it comes with this industry, clients could be demanding and that could lead to long work hours on specific instances. Your teams are empathetic but at times the situation is simply difficult! -Given the company is in a growing stage still, there are a few operational and methodological practices that take time to iterate and stabilize. The good part is the management is extremely open to improvisations and encourages newer ideas from the employees consistently!

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
