Pros

Family and Life friendly. Will allow kids to come if you need to, very understanding through illness and life's unexpecteds they are willing to work with you. Profanity free and professional environment where one feels safe at all times. Employees are some of the kindest and best people in the world.

Cons

In customer care the pay is low. One definitely cannot make a living on this salary alone. Two fifteen minute breaks a day are not considered necessary or mandatory for employees. Though bathroom breaks are not regulated, looking into a computer screen for hours increases the chance of error without scheduled intermittent breaks. 30 minutes for lunch in 8 hours doesn't cut it. Expect customers to use the religion card to justify bad behavior. Employees from other departments treat customer care management office as a social space, often getting loud and making it hard for reps to hear their customer. Many broken processes that never get fixed. Busy season makes money for the company but care reps only get 40 hours to assure no overtime money gets made. Staggered schedules are done during busy season so all you get is base pay at 40 hrs a week. No bonuses. Out of busy season, expect less than 40 hrs without an official end time, making a second job tedious to maintain. There is a senior employee who is very bossy, nosy , annoying and a frequent source of conflict in the department.

Pros

Good place to learn a lot, were willing to take chance on me despite having little experience coming out of college

Cons

Wish hybrid / remote work was more flexible for in-city employees.
