Pros

My first year at Trinity was full of smiles, pride in the company, great hours, and decent starting pay. I felt trusted in doing my job well and felt the warmth of the office and the support of my leadership. Trinity was proud of me. I thought I found my forever job.

Cons

The company's moto is, "God, Family, & Money." RED FLAG! Year one must have been an illusion. The office somehow morphed into what I can best described as a high school attempting to be a college. The rules and job duties differ based on who you are. Some were permitted to work remote; others were required to come in for NO reason. Dogs were sometimes permitted (but only if you were a favorite). People leaving on breaks for hours (not punching out), a co-worker falling asleep at their desk numerous times a day for months. The RVP is a bully who is in love with himself. About 80% of the office lives in fear of this "man." The office cannot keep an HR rep longer than a few months. What does this tell you?

Pros

Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.

Cons

Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.
