Most of the people are smart, hard working, and nice

Cons

Solely does state contracts, which means a lot of red tape. Management doesn't seem to care about your career goals, they just need to put butts in seats. Owner needs to remove himself from the operation of the company, he seems to be manic, and gaslights employees.

They care for their people. They pay well. They listen to their employees and provide support.
