Very good organic local company - Architect Trinity Technology Group (CA) Employee Review

With more than 18 years of work experience, I felt this was the best company I’ve worked in my career so far. This is not just a company, rather, the perfect group of people with a great attitude. I’m in fact leaving this review after I left this company three years ago. Every step of the way, Trinity has been kind and helpful. Few spoke about management in their reviews, true, there are ups and downs on certain decisions on different levels, but, that’s what I call a normal company and it’s a learning curve which Trinity has gathered over the years with a high retention rate of employees. I remember the last day I had to leave work, it made me feel sad looking back at Trinity and that should mean something. Even after I moved to a different company , Trinity has been approachable and responsive when reached for critical things like documentations. They never gave a hard time. I wish them the very best and hope to work with them sometime in the future as it is a “People Company” who respect resources first above anything else. Niroop C Sadanand
