Good experience that you can use at any airport in the country. Pay is decent for security in the area. 3 days off but that will go away soon.
Cons
Leadership needs to learn how to treat their team like people, and not just bodies there to fill a post. I've been here for a year, and they will still walk right past me without even making eye contact. No hi, no good morning, nothing. It's like I'm not even there. I've been in the workforce for nearly 20 years, and I have never seen anything like it. I don't feel like a person here. Young leadership can use some help in learning how to run a team. If you get a job here, make sure you get in with the right people. There's a clique here, just like high school. If you can get in you're good. Otherwise you're on the outside looking in and no one will even notice you are there until you make a mistake.
