In my time at Trinity I was treated well and given ample hours during busy season. I was supported well by office and management staff in times of difficult clients and was able to build a pretty solid skillset in a lot of different kitchens and event spaces.

Slow season is often very slow, so it's advisable to prepare for this going into it.
