Pros

I started at TrinityBridge (then CBAM) in May 2018, and have been here 8 years this year. I worked at a company previously with a terribly toxic culture, and moved to Barclays on a 6 month FTC where I sought out something more permanent. I have worked in Operations throughout a couple of operational transformation projects and will be soon moving to a management role. I have been supported with my aspirations for progression, enrolled on an 'Evolve' course in 2019 which is internally ran annually across all TrinityBridge offices, followed by multiple management courses in preparation. Hard work and excellence is recognised through a variety of annual / quarterly awards. Although not completed myself, further education is both available and encouraged and members of my team have obtained qualificiations through their roles. Since becoming 'TrinityBridge' as a separate entity an independent Diversity & Inclusion committee has been created which I am proud to be a part of and welcomes new members. This group of people and the company in general care for the welfare of our employees and strive to promote diversity, equity & inclusion throughout. The office in Northwich is also subject to a refurb soon which is really exciting, the plans look great and have really taken colleague feedback on board. I have successfully referred two other members of Ops over the time that I have been here, both of which are also still employees.

Cons

Operations for the most part must remain rigid due to many deadlines throughout the day, this can often impact on capacity therefore constant planning for resource is a requirement to ensure there is always a certain level of team availability.

Pros

As Head of IT Delivery, I’ve found TrinityBridge to have a genuinely strong and supportive culture. People share common goals and work collaboratively to solve challenges rather than working in silos. There’s a clear sense of ownership across the organisation, with teams empowered to take responsibility and deliver outcomes. What stands out most is the psychological safety—people feel comfortable speaking up, exploring new ideas, and driving innovation. The business also actively supports wellbeing and personal development. I’m encouraged in my volunteering as a Scout Leader, and there are great opportunities to attend industry symposiums, helping me build knowledge, gain experience, and expand my network. Overall, it’s a great environment to grow, contribute, and work with motivated, like-minded people.

Cons

The pace and scale of transformation mean some processes and ways of working are still bedding in, leading to occasional inconsistencies.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for development through comprehensive internal and external training, supported by a clear career pathway. I have progressed from CSE to CSM and into my current role. TrinityBridge offers a professional, supportive environment with excellent office facilities and flexible home working. There are valuable opportunities to contribute beyond your role through committees and charitable initiatives. A collabrative workplace where I have built lifelong friendships.

Cons

Provides excellent exposure to clients and end-to-end financial planning processes. The role also includes a strong compliance focus, which can be demanding during peak periods (such as tax year end or budget cycles), offering valuable experience in managing workload and priorities effectively.
