Pros

Good people who genuinely are real and work well as a team to a degree

Cons

Too many managers and too much of a "clique environment too much favoritism and discrimination is on the rise if your not kissing butt you wont progress there if you like being over worked and under paid you'll love this place Know your worth because they will not value you. They reward bad behavior and it was ridiculous I'm glad I'm gone this company has lost its way and forgot how to treat their employees..

I am always sorry to see a negative review, however this feedback came as a complete shock! At Trintech, we value diversity and inclusion very highly. I was and continue to be completely unaware of any perceived or potential discrimination. Immediately after reading the review I solicited feedback across the organization and no one can fathom the basis of this reviewer's perception of discrimination at Trintech. I am not sure what led this reviewer to make such an accusation, however let me say this; legitimate comments and advice relating to one’s performance or conduct at work are not discriminatory. Managers have a duty and responsibility to provide feedback on performance and work-related behavior. While this may occasionally, and hopefully rarely, include a negative review or comment which makes one uncomfortable, it does not constitute discrimination. Perhaps this reviewer was unhappy with feedback they received? As to the other points raised by this reviewer, I am pleased to see that they fully endorse our CEO, Teresa Mackintosh. Also, our employee engagement platform features constant postings where colleagues give one another shout-outs across teams, cities and countries. It’s evidence of our strong bond and sense of team, the opposite of a cliquish environment. Lastly, our record of internal promotions and transfers, our competitive pay and our recent transition to Open Time Off to support a healthy work/life balance also contradict the additional statements made by this viewer. Readers, please look throughout this site, including our reviews, photos and blogs, for a more accurate view of Trintech’s culture, sense of team, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Trintech is truly a great place to work!
