Pros

Monday through Friday work schedule and always having the weekend off Free meal while working Kitchen helping Staff is very nice and friendly 5 Paid holidays Batch cooking, so not difficult, just large quantities and can be time consuming

Cons

Does not pay a competitive wage Insurance is decent but not affordable Management is very forgetful and does not order enough of items at times Revolving door of dishwashers, always uses a temp service but no real assistance is ever given. Promises to learn more and grow within the company were made but current management never took the initiative to do things even after repeated conversations. Overworked and underpaid, all the way from kitchen staff to cook and dishwasher. No staff meetings ever occur, you are just asked to look at a packet and sign paperwork instead of doing the online classes that are required. As the cook you are required to cook two meals for 800-1000 people, as well as prepping for the next day with no help from management or other staff. The A menu plan is for everyone up to 1000 people and 100 or less people can get the B menu plan. So it can get hectic at times.
