Absolutely dreadful treatment - Web Developer TripIQ Employee Review

I explained during my interview that I required training time as I had only recently entered the industry after a break, and had previous poor experiences. I was assured I would be trained and had plenty of time. They let me go half way through the 6 month probationary period (one of the appealing aspects of the job description) with very little explanation. I've been in my current role as a Software Engineer working on Laravel applications for over 3 years, so I can't have been that bad. They just wanted a mid to senior for a junior role and salary.
