Pros

I don’t have many good things to say about Tri-PAC. Don’t work here.

Cons

Tri-PAC does not deserve one star. This is not a fun workplace, and this is not a professional environment. Management promises their employees and their client's everything and consistently under deliver every step of the way. Treatment of employees is abusive. Relationships with vendors are dishonest. You will not receive what they promise you, and you will be treated like an animal. Working for Tri-PAC is a mistake. If I recounted the numerous illegal, abusive, or concerning actions that happened in this office, you would think this was a review of a reality tv show. Tri-PAC does not deserve one star, and they do not deserve your time.

Pros

The only good thing I can say is that I am happy to not be employed there anymore.

Cons

This was hands down the worst work environment I have been in during my entire work career. Abusive and dishonest from top management to office staff. Zero support. Zero professionalism. Gossiping, back stabbing people that have never been in real professional environments. They will be very nice to get you in the door. I should have known better. During the interview process management spent about 30 minutes gossiping and bad mouthing people in the office, including the owners daughter, and other staff members. I remember feeling uncomfortable as this was going on. Against my better judgement I took the position as a challenge to my current career trajectory. By the end of the first week I knew I had made a terrible mistake. Unfortunately I left a position-- and a $16k pay cut to give this a chance. They did pay me $35 per hour, but like I said it was less than what I was making before. Absolutely no support or professionalism. Stay far away -- unless you are happy working in extraordinarily poor work environments.
