Pros

Amazing environment working with amazing people

Cons

Management would sometimes cross boundaries by demanding extra hours and preach loyalty to the cause, it's widely understood that if you wanna keep your job you need to go above and beyond, they did appreciate and thank but didn't offer any bonuses for those extra hours

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're sorry to hear about the experiences you shared. We strive to provide an environment where all employees feel good and have balance in life. Although extra hours is typical for a start-up at our stage, our employees are definitely not required to work overtime and we certainly don't require or judge our employees on that. In addition, our benefits, such as 30 days PTO in the USA (and comparable for the Israel team), were created to encourage all employees to take time off when they need. In January 2023, we implemented a bonus program for all employees. As we continue to grow, each day we learn ways in which we can improve. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

As someone who has worked in several startup environments as well as enterprise companies, I can confidently say Triple Whale is an incredible place to work. Things move fast, the C-suite is incredibly involved, and they're humble and kind. The culture feels mature. There may be the typical company politics you find anywhere, but being rude or unkind to others simply doesn't fly here. People are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely happy to help each other. One thing that stands out is that people are happy. The product is incredible, customers are happy, and it's genuinely fun to be on a team that feels like it's winning. It seems like we're constantly hearing good news, whether it's product launches, major customer wins, awards, or company growth. Work-life balance is also respected. There are a lot of parents here, and there's plenty of flexibility to make sure people can be there for their families when needed. I don't have children myself, but I find it refreshing to work at a startup that feels like it's run by adults who understand how to balance ambitious work with real life. Genuinely no complaints.

Cons

not a con at all, but I think people coming who haven't worked at startups can be taken aback by the pace of things. just a heads up to newcomers or those considering joining. you won't regret coming here but be prepared to work at a fast pace.

Pros

- Constantly shipping products, engineering new things, and updates to product, this is the most exciting part of being at Triple Whale - Have hired a wealth of experienced technical individual contributors paired with smart leaders on the marketing/sales side of the house -Truly supportive team culture that isn't just corporate buzzwords, but displayed by true action/behavior daily - Remote - Pay is easy to calculate and very transparent - Leadership is very transparent with a weekly all hands (only 30 mins long). - Fast paced, exciting

Cons

-due to so many products being released, some might be half baked (but at least innovation is happening)
