Gang, if this isn't the place for you or you're believing that remote work 100% of the time ought to be your right then maybe try somewhere else - there's plenty of other adtech and publisher businesses that you'll be underwhelmed by who offer none of the culture or benefits which TripleLift does. Work is like relationships, sometimes you have to stick with them beyond one night for things to improve.
As for business and company structure, our legacy silos could do with a rethink/cohesion working between departments could be improved.
Supply org (and meshing priorities with demand sales) is one example that can be improved on but I sense progress is happening.
