Pros

Amazing team of talented sales professionals from all walks of life.

Cons

3 rounds of interviews with 5 to 6 managers, 1 hour intense skills and psychographic assessment test plus full background check, 3 weeks of intense training. 14 truly skilled and talented hires, mostly US based. All or most FIRED within THREE months for "performance" issues. Replaced by international hires also hired, brought through training and fired or leave within 3 months. Ethics, Humanity and Decency: None. Sales team is on front lines of bringing revenue in but treated as indispensable. As a seasoned professional, one of the WORST companies I 've ever worked for. Shiny and pretty on the outside with a pretty consumer facing Website that touts caring for humans. Vapid and completely soulless on the inside with lack of humanity and common decency. Your client calls will be used to train AI and you will be disposed of.

Pros

TripleTen provides a supportive and collaborative remote work environment with meaningful opportunities to help students succeed in their career transitions. The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. I appreciated the mission-driven culture, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on graduates throughout their job search journey.

Cons

While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
