Cons
Extremely toxic culture driven by fear, ego, and favoritism. Leadership lacks integrity. Ethical boundaries were crossed. Public humiliation in meetings was normalized; constructive feedback was rare or punished. Promotions and opportunities were not based on merit but on personal relationships with top leadership. No clear strategic direction teams were left to “figure things out” with constantly shifting goals.
