Pay is ok not amazing not terrible. Free product sometimes if thats your thing

this place is just a mess. No communication at all. You never know whats going on and then get blamed for it anyway. No accountability ever, its just finger pointing between deparments nonstop. Always short staffed but also they refuse to spend money so everyone is doing 3 peoples jobs. Quality and safety are not taken seriously, its only cared about when someone complains or something goes wrong i saw so many issues abd never fixed or managers glossed over it.. management seem very out of touch and clearly doesnt care about staff lots of people who should not be managing anyone but nothing happens and they stay there forever, hr dont seem to care.. No benifits really, dont expect anything extra. would never go back even if they were offering ten times the money

I can't think of any. Even the commute is terrible.

Terrible culture. No training. Expect you to know the entire business front-to-back, top-to-bottom from your first day. No support. Then when you bring that up they tell you to pack your things. You aren't allowed to be a human, you're expected to be a robot with no other input.
