      Pros

      Great opportunity to get your feet wet. I learned a lot here and was always able to speak my mind.

      Cons

      Crunched a lot and had management decide to change things last second many times. Many time suggestions were shot down only to me told later that they were good, but now it was too late.

      Pros

      Everyone is like a family The CEO truly cares about every single employee I felt encouraged to ask questions Tasks were very manageable and scaled to my experience I never had to work overtime

      Cons

      Miscommunication was a common problem between management and workers, but was fixed over time. Upper management's preferences were very unclear and changed rapidly, without changing deadlines to account for that.

      Pros

      Small, close knit team. Crunch time is almost non-existant and food is always provided during it. Good benefits, decent transparency between management and workers.

      Cons

      Some questionable technical decisions were made by managment while I was there (specifically software we were required to use to produce games).
