Pros

Great place to learn and make good connections with people with different qualifications and experiences.

Cons

No matter how hard you've worked in this company or how loyal you've been to its cause, the CEO can fire you any day. Thus, it's not worth sweating for this company's success. The CEO and the management take all the credit for success and take zero accountability for their failures. The CEO makes one bad decision and to fix that bad decision she makes another 10 bad decisions. All of her decisions are out of panic and short-sightedness. By now it's obvious how much the CEO has damaged the company and its reputation. I don't think it's possible to save this company anymore. If you see a well ahead and advise the CEO not to walk in the direction of the well, the CEO fires you and then walks right into that well.

Pros

In the era of Tritium 2.0, I’ve been quite impressed with our leadership. Tritium spent nearly all of 2025 fighting to earn trust back with clients around the globe. Heavy investments made in supply chain, advanced power modules, and global support teams. Leadership doesn’t pretend the past issues never occurred, but instead turn the page with a positive focus on what’s happening right now. HR does a wonderful job sending out pulse check surveys so our teams are heard. Each piece of feedback is read by the leadership team. Our factory employees have the power to make changes to increase efficiency and improve safety measures. Our remote employees feel connected and included with company events and giveaways. Overall, this has been my favorite place to work in my 15 year career across 4-5 different companies.

Cons

Unfortunately for Tritium, the market has cooled down overall. So while we are unveiling new products, the market so far doesn’t seem too interested in investing in new infrastructure. Hopefully things warm up, we really do have incredible technology. But the energy in the room is a nervous excitement.
