I love the teamwork atmosphere at this company. I enjoy coming to work each day and I like that the team makes things fun. We work very hard and we have fun doing it. I like the support that I get from my team, including upper management. We are provided with the tools we need to excel in our roles and there are opportunities each day to grow as a team and provide the best services we can for our clients. The benefits are great, better than any other company I've worked for.

I can not think of any major cons.

I enjoyed the camaraderie with my colleagues. Working together under terrible management creates a special bond. Advice to applicants, Triton Commerce can be a good stepping stone for young talent, but do not get stuck in "start-up culture." Know your worth, and keep looking for new opportunities. Secondly, I'd be concerned by reviews that claim to not have any cons.

- Lack of growth potential - "Unlimited PTO" is a scam. It was impossible to take more than a day off because you had to meet your deadlines and work was not transferred to accommodate PTO. - Work loads and expectations were not equal among the team - HR is non-existent, meaning that inappropriate behavior and comments are permitted and never addressed. - Management expects more from you than they do from themselves. They do not hold each other accountable.
