      Pros

      The company teaches you to work really hard. Learned to prioritize my time and tackle 100 things at once. Got experience interviewing candidates and manage employees. The environment is very friendly and everyone is very approachable when it comes to asking for feedback and advice.

      Cons

      You work long hours and the work can get tough at times. The hours are not your standard 9-5pm either. Plus the HR lady wouldn't stop talking about her cat.

      Pros

      Small company that was taking market share. Pay was good. Benefits are standard. Very understanding as far as work/ life balance.

      Cons

      Lot of turn over at the top. Failure to launch a functional printer hurt them.
