Pros
The good people here are really fun to be around and work with. Flexible hours to an extent and lots of opportunities to work from home, not to mention the possibility of travelling to exotic ports of call and working on $100mil+ yachts.
Cons
There are necessary political leanings when supporting owners of super yachts, and that is reflected (along with the conspiracy theories) in the shop talk in the hallways. The owner is over-involved, leads by criticism, and this filters down. There seems to be no effort or priority given to internal efficiencies so that everyone is working 100% harder than they need to.
