Pros

Very caring managers with limited hierarchy, a great place to work if you are looking to make an impact early in your career.

Cons

It is a small company and so with that comes the challenge of notoriety, however the shows they produce are fantastic in terms of their content.

Pros

Most people there are very nice to work with and days are about 9 to 10 hours. For the most part your left on your own to complete your work. The assistant editors are great and know their stuff.

Cons

The producers are very inexperienced, give conflicting direction and don't know what they are doing. The equipment doesn't work very well making it difficult to get your job done. Also you are in a dark basement and there is only one tiny bathroom one male and one female for the whole company. It's also upstairs. You have to go outside and up a flight of stairs to get there.
