Pros

I will give thumbs up for one of the developers over there that's it.

Cons

- Leadership crisis. - Too much negativity and brain washing scenarios - If you built a module, it will be wasted for many months. Even if you worked hard on it they will forget about it. - You will be blamed for everything. - They are already in a mindset of Millaniors or rather successful which I feel is not. So it is difficult to communicate an obvious/simple problem directly. They feel insulted. - They are supposed to be game development company. They know nothing about games and they have a lot of ego to know it also. - They will comment on you. Like the back benchers does. Kiddish. - If everything is planned properly. Somebody messes it up because of ego clash. - No team work at all. Selfish environment. - They don't respect special skills. - Lot of irrelevant stuff. - There are lot of things to say.

Pros

It was very challenging considering the projects and the big ideas of the founders. But I was given time to learn and was given chance to work though I had no prior experience. Founders cared about employee’s health and when they learned outside food is causing health issues and also hired a cook to cook for employees

Cons

At times number of technologies company was working were really very new making it mouthful for me. Company had hired or had to hire many people with little on no experience in these very futuristic technologies, making it difficult to expect a delivery. At times, Flat hierarchy makes it difficult to work with people who don’t deliver. Payment Performance Linked Incentive which was not part of fixed Salary and varied from 20% to 250% making it almost unpredictable to guess the monthly cheque amount
