      there were no pros to the job

      No training on fabric cutting machines, no supervision, terrible work environment. The list is never ending.

      Pros

      - pension program after 5 years - Able to work from remotely - Not a high pressure sales job - Family first company

      Cons

      - Very little upward movement - Training program is extremely poor and nonexistent. Learn as you go out in field. - 401k is a little weak. They match .20 cents on every dollar - Very large territories with over 1000 accounts. Makes you less effective
