Pros

you get paid. what would be pros - are quickly becoming cons as "perks" are slow being taken away

Cons

C-Suite is unstable. Miscommunication on all levels Backstabbed and thrown under the bus by my direct report who sits up there. Was bait and switched with responsibilities. Got dumped with handling 4 companies instead of 1. Penny pinching everywhere with the new "finance restructure" due to "growth" but all purchases must be approved and validated with stated reasons for reimbursement from the CEO. A reactive and inefficient decision makings from the top and a lot of it- on a whim, disrupting workflows causing more issues then getting angry why things arent working. Overall the work itself is interesting and fast. You learn a lot but the decisions are reactive and not being strategic + shady business conduct. This place is burning and hiding it from its employees.

Pros

Super fun, young, and inspiring environment, it is a company that is always looking for innovation with a huge international culture, no matter where you are, you will always get an opportunity to grow.

Cons

It's a startup, there is a crazy pace of work, but in the end, this is really good.

Pros

My experience working at Trivelta has been one of my favorites I have ever had. It can be intense at times, and leadership does expect a lot out of us, but they also reward us for it. We had huge end of the year bonuses, have bagels in the office every Monday morning, and lunch catered every Friday. The CEO and leadership team genuinely seems to care about their employees and their customers. The technology is not perfect, which can cause frustration, but we are constantly working to improve this. At the end of the day, I think many people do not realize that we have 5 offices, across 4 continents and this whole thing was started out of a college dorm room with no institutional funding. Are things perfect, no. But do I love what I do, appreciate the company, and hope to be here for many years to come? Yes. Most of the reviews you read on here are simply disgruntled employees that got fired for not being good at their job or the right fit for this fast moving of a company.

Cons

The CEO sometimes brings his dogs in which some may find distracting, but I do not mind.
