Was on a Messer project and felt disconnected from Triversity. Was not given alot of work that was productive.

Provide the ability to grow with the company. Great business transparency with financials. Employees share in company profits. Open door c-suite access. Customer focused and dedicated to on-going community involvement. Hold many employee involvement events to just take time to focus and recognize efforts of the entire organization.

Growing company with small teams and a lot of work to accomplish, but the company taking time to recognize these efforts does help.
