You can join Trivitron only if you want to torture yourself.
Cons
1. No Respect for the employees. No one from senior management knows how to behave. If you try to go to HR, they just simply don’t respond to your problems. 2. Never go by your designation offered in Trivitron. Designation has no value in Trivitron as no one has been treated well in this organization. 3. No Value for Hard work. Few hard working employees have been tortured badly by their seniors and they had to resign as they wanted better culture to work. Even if you leave Trivitron, They won’t allow you to live peacefully. They keep torturing people by finding any reason. 4. There is no time limit for Full and final settlement. 5. I would recommend everyone NOT to join Trivitron even if you are in need of job. It’s better to work in some other small companies rather than working in Trivitron.
