      1. All your work will be recognized on regular basis. 2. Transparency. You will get a monthly update of what's happening in the organization & what is planned. 3. You can directly reach out to the company owners & they are very supportive 4. Awesome work culture. All the teams & managers are very supportive. 5. Good payouts & rewards. 6. Works on latest technologies. 7. HR department is very supportive 8. Best is; full-time permanent work from home.

      Pros

      Many clients across many industries allow for a wealth of experience in a short period of time. Management steps in and helps whenever it is needed and are experts in their focus areas. Clients see TrnDigital as a partner and create great working relationships. Ability to work from home is great.

      Cons

      Company can feel small due to being mostly remote, but that goes with all work during Covid...
