      Pros

      Nobody pays attention to anything anybody is doing so it’s easy free money Due to this it’s completely disorganized and the accountability is all about who you might know about or who you do not.

      Cons

      Benefits are laudable Pay is poor Amount of work expected from certain employees simply isn’t equivalent to that of other employees yet because they know people up above, they do less and you paid less

      Pros

      Company pays for Healthcare but it's not great. Thats basically it.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about workers. Rarely ever get raises (none that keep up with inflation anyways) Absolutely no opportunity for growth anywhere. Constantly overworked and understaffed.
