I received a formal warning for using my phone to research product pricing and materials. Because the product packaging is in Korean and we were not provided with a briefing or promotional guidance, I used my device as a tool to ensure I was giving customers accurate information. Furthermore, I lost a scheduled shift because I was unable to respond to an agent's text while in class. Despite replying within a minute of seeing the message, I was informed the shift had already been reassigned, leaving me with no opportunity to rectify the situation. Lastly, I received an unexpected call from Isfan. At first, I did not notice his call, so he proceeded to message me, asking me to pick up when he called again. I replied, “okay,” and he called me shortly after. During the call, he mentioned that it would be a short interview and asked me to introduce myself. After giving a brief introduction, he began asking about my previous work experience, and I listed all of my past part-time jobs. Once I had finished listing them, he responded by saying, “That’s all?” in a tone that left me feeling shocked as I did not expect such a response. There was then an awkward silence between us for about five seconds before he continued by explaining the job scope at expo
