Pros
Amazing culture. The people are just supportive and focused on the work in a collaborative way. The teams are close-knit and easygoing but also ambitious and efficient. It was the complete opposite of the cutthroat, destructively competitive agency environments I was used to. If you want to spread your wings professionally in a safe space, this company gives you plenty of room to soar. I became extremely ill in the first few months of my employment, and they were exceedingly understanding. Compassionate management is rare and probably what makes the culture there so great. I had to leave to take care of my health, but I would recommend trtl to everyone.
Cons
There weren't a lot of glaringly obvious cons. I'd say some room for improvement in the onboarding process - but it's a small company, so it's understandable that they wouldn't have something super structured (e.g. learning videos to elaborate on the history of the business, its outlook, and company structure would have been really helpful). The office could also be a bit too quiet. Like a library. That might be a pro for some, but I definitely prefer a bit of music, some hustle and bustle, and colour in the office. But again, quiet can be a function of size as well, so that'll fix itself with company growth!
