      Pros

      Very nice people. Very knowledgeable of the revenue cycle process and good RCM system. Really good with training their billers.

      Cons

      Managers spend one week getting to know about the companies human resources and no training is given on manager protocols, expectations, software orientation or client relations expectations.

      good manager, supportive, willing to listen and be open, fair

      Cons

      sold out out IKS India. people laid off right and left. the attorney that handled the severance was nasty, could not even get a question if at all. Would I recommend as general counsel to Trubridge or even in the courtroom - not over my DEAD body.
